We consider it of utmost importance to inform our customers of the terms and conditions of CNC Tools LLC to avoid misunderstandings when making a purchase with us.
If you are considering making a purchase with us please read the terms and conditions set forth below. We aim to protect the integrity of both parties, and in this way provide a satisfactory service to our customers.
Payment is due upon receipt except for NET 30 applicants. (Ask for more details on how to become a NET 30 applicant). We accept PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, JCB, Google Pay, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Check and Cash.
CNC Tools LLC is NOT liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse of the equipment. Buyer is responsible for the proper installation of the equipment, it is recommended that the equipment be installed by a trained technician. Buyer is also responsible for the safe handling and operation of the equipment and to verify the equipment is in compliance with their machinery.
CNC Tools LLC has a 30-day return policy and a 12-month warranty on every product, unless otherwise specified. Customers must notify us within 30 days of receiving their product if they want to return it for a refund. A 30% restocking fee will apply for returns. If the item arrives broken or malfunctioning from our warehouse, the customer will be issued a replacement or similar product, if one is available. If we are unable to provide the customer with a replacement, similar product, or warranty repair, we will issue a full refund (This does NOT include the shipping costs and 4% processing fee). If the customer does not accept the product exchange, the return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must receive returned equipment in the same condition as it was originally sent out. If the product has been installed or tampered with after being determined unnecessary, no returns will be accepted. If a customer is a NET 30 applicant, a 20% restocking fee on a return may be exempted if the unit has been installed or tampered with (Ask for more details on how to become a NET 30 applicant). CNC Tools LLC will not cover the original shipping nor return costs, unless the unit is dead on arrival. The 12-month warranty is activated upon sale of the item. The 12-month warranty also covers sending the product in for evaluation and/or repair within the timeframe specified. If it is determined that the customer is at fault for the failure, the warranty will be voided. If the customer declines our technical assistance or does not present the necessary evidence in the event that problems arise, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
For emergency next-day orders that are placed after the courier has collected packages or late in the afternoon, we can offer expedited shipping by skipping the pre-shipment testing process (Per customer agreement). Please note that all items are tested when they are put into inventory and are typically retested at the time of shipping. However, due to the time constraints of your urgent order, we are offering this option to ensure timely delivery. Please be aware that if you choose to have your item shipped untested, we will not cover return or replacement shipping costs if the item fails. Warranty policy still remains valid. Average order processing times range from 4-7 days lead time. However, because some items must be special ordered, orders may take up to 14 days to process. Delivery dates are simply estimates; CNC TOOLS is not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the supplier's control. Prior to processing an order, the customer will be advised of any expected lead time. If the customer does not agree with these circumstances, they may decide not to proceed with the purchase. After the purchase is made, if their item does not ship within 14 days, a full refund will be issued. CNC TOOLS is NOT liable for delivery delays caused by the customer's inability to give proper delivery instructions, or any other relevant instructions. If a delay is caused by a force majeure event beyond the supplier's control, such as a natural disaster, the delivery date may be extended.
Units must be evaluated first in order to be eligible for core exchange credit. Core refunds will only be issued for repairable units. Not all units will be eligible for core credit.
