CNC TOOLS provides an exchange credit for most defective items. Our exchange program provides you with savings and keep us stocked for the next time you order. A repairable unit will need to be evaluated to approve full exchange credit.

CNC Tools LLC has a 30-day return policy and a 12-month warranty on every product, unless otherwise specified. Customers must notify us within 30 days of receiving their product if they want to return it for a refund. A 30% restocking fee will apply for returns. If the item arrives broken or malfunctioning from our warehouse, the customer will be issued a replacement or similar product, if one is available. If we are unable to provide the customer with a replacement, similar product, or warranty repair, we will issue a full refund (This does NOT include the shipping costs and 4% processing fee). If the customer does not accept the product exchange, the return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must receive returned equipment in the same condition as it was originally sent out. If the product has been installed or tampered with after being determined unnecessary, no returns will be accepted. If a customer is a NET 30 applicant, a 20% restocking fee on a return may be exempted if the unit has been installed or tampered with (Ask for more details on how to become a NET 30 applicant). CNC Tools LLC will not cover the original shipping nor return costs, unless the unit is dead on arrival. The 12-month warranty is activated upon sale of the item. The 12-month warranty also covers sending the product in for evaluation and/or repair within the timeframe specified. If it is determined that the customer is at fault for the failure, the warranty will be voided. If the customer declines our technical assistance or does not present the necessary evidence in the event that problems arise, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
CNC TOOLS can restore your non-working unit to remanufactured conditions. Our technicians have extensive experience with most manufacturers and apply rigorous testing procedures to ensure parts are fully functional to manufacturer specs.
