Refund policy
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
CNC Tools LLC offers a 30-day return policy on eligible products. Customers must notify us within 30 days of receiving their order to request a return.
Returned products must be received in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Products that have been installed, modified, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless approved under warranty.
REFUNDS
If a returned product is approved, CNC Tools LLC may issue a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at its discretion.
If a replacement or warranty repair is not available, a refund will be issued. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, payment processing fees, and other non-refundable charges are not included unless the product is confirmed as Dead on Arrival (DOA).
RESTOCKING FEE
Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Approved NET 30 customers may qualify for reduced restocking fees under the terms of their account.
WARRANTY
Unless otherwise specified, all products include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
The warranty covers product evaluation and repair or replacement, at CNC Tools LLC's discretion, for defects resulting from normal intended use.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover failures resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Incorrect application or incompatibility
- Physical or electrical damage caused after delivery
CNC Tools LLC reserves the right to deny warranty or return requests if technical assistance is declined or sufficient information is not provided to properly evaluate the product.
