Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 4–7 business days. Some products may require additional processing time, and certain special-order items may take up to 14 business days.
If an order cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe, CNC Tools LLC will notify the customer before shipment whenever possible.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship worldwide using UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL freight, or the customer's shipping account when requested.
Products in stock may qualify for same-day or expedited shipping, subject to availability.
DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CNC Tools LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order cannot be shipped within 14 business days after purchase and no alternative arrangement is accepted by the customer, a full refund may be issued.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
For urgent next-day shipments requested after the carrier's daily pickup, customers may choose to waive our standard pre-shipment testing process in order to reduce processing time.
Products shipped under this agreement remain covered by our warranty; however, CNC Tools LLC will not cover return or replacement shipping costs if the customer elected to ship the product without final testing.
CORE EXCHANGE
Eligible products may qualify for our Core Exchange Program.
Returned core units must be received and evaluated before any core credit is issued. Credits are available only for repairable units that meet our acceptance requirements. Units that are damaged beyond repair, incomplete, modified, or otherwise determined to be ineligible will not qualify for core credit.
Please contact CNC Tools LLC before returning any core unit to obtain shipping instructions and authorization.
