CNC Tools LLC provides exchange credit on eligible products. Our Core Exchange Program helps reduce replacement costs while supporting the ongoing availability of industrial automation parts. Returned core units must be evaluated before exchange credit is issued. Credits are available only for repairable units that meet our acceptance requirements.

Unless otherwise specified, all products include a 12-month warranty beginning on the original purchase date. The warranty covers product evaluation and repair for defects resulting from normal intended use. A replacement may be issued at CNC Tools LLC's discretion when applicable. We stand behind our products to help minimize our customers' machine downtime.

CNC Tools LLC has a 30-day return policy and a 12-month warranty on every product, unless otherwise specified. Customers must notify us within 30 days of receiving their product if they wish to request a return. A 30% restocking fee will apply to approved returns. If the item arrives broken or malfunctioning from our warehouse, the customer may be issued a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at CNC Tools LLC's discretion, if available. If a replacement or warranty repair is not available, a refund will be issued. (This does not include original shipping charges, return shipping costs, payment processing fees, or other non-refundable charges.) If the customer does not accept the replacement, repair, or warranty solution offered, the return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

We must receive returned equipment in the same condition as it was originally shipped. If the product has been installed, modified, tampered with, or damaged after delivery, no returns will be accepted unless approved by an authorized representative. If a customer is a NET 30 applicant, a reduced 20% restocking fee may apply under the terms of their account. (Ask for more details on how to become a NET 30 customer.) CNC Tools LLC will not cover original shipping or return shipping costs unless the unit is confirmed as Dead on Arrival (DOA).

The 12-month warranty begins on the original purchase date. The warranty covers product evaluation and repair for defects resulting from normal intended use. A replacement may be issued at CNC Tools LLC's discretion when applicable. If it is determined that the failure resulted from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, incompatibility, or physical or electrical damage after delivery, the warranty will be voided.

If the customer declines our technical assistance or does not provide the necessary information to properly evaluate the product, CNC Tools LLC reserves the right to deny a warranty or return request.

CNC Tools LLC can restore your non-working unit to manufacturer specifications. Our experienced technicians repair industrial electronic components from most major manufacturers and perform rigorous testing to help ensure every unit is fully functional before shipment.
